Start your engines! Mickey and the Friends of the Rally the new Disney Junior TV series set in the crazy racing world starring Mickey, Minnie, Pluto Goofy, Daisy and Donald, will make its debut Wednesday 19th April at 17.00 pm on Disney Junior

The series, consisting of 26 episodes of 22 minutes each, will take Mickey and his friends, along with their fantastic transformable vehicles, in fun races and adventures in the most beautiful cities in the world, including Rome, and in their colorful town of Hot Dog Hills. . Off the track, Minnie and Daisy successfully manage the Aiutamiche company, which solves the problems of anyone who needs help: depending on the day, the girls become babysitters of puppies, international spies, tough detectives and even astronauts.

In the episode set in Rome, Minnie and Paperina will accept the request for help from Luigi, the most renowned tour guide in the city, who in the Italian version of the series is voiced by the sparkling TV presenter and sports commentator Guido Meda. Luigi needs help because due to a terrible cold he cannot accompany a group of tourists on a tour of Rome. Among the tourists there is also the feared and insatiable Roby Roberts, a famous writer of travel books who in Italy has the voice of the famous actor and imitator Neri Marcorè.

In the series, each character competes with his own transformable vehicle designed and studied based on the sides of his driver's personality. Mickey's car is a classic sports car that reflects his style, the Topo Bolide, the sailor Donald drives the Cabin Boat, a car that runs under full sail, finally Pippo drives a car made with a bathtub called Turbo Tinozza.
The Aiutamiche also take part in the races: Minnie's car, the Tuono Rosa, is inspired by the French cars of the 30s and looks like a bow, Daisy, on the other hand, loves flowers and her car, the Turbo Fiore, is reminiscent of a Leon's mouth.

Mickey and the Friends of the Rally stimulates the curiosity of the little ones towards other countries and cultures of the world and conveys positive values such as teamwork, optimism and fair play: even when they compete against each other, in fact, for Mickey and his friends friendship and respect for the other always comes first. While having fun, children will learn that there is never a single way to solve problems and that with creativity and self-confidence no obstacle is insurmountable.

Mickey and the Friends of the Rally was made by the same creative team as the Disney Junior TV series The Topolino House e Jake and the Neverland Pirates (Emmy winner): Rob LaDuca is the executive producer, Mark Seidenberg is the co-executive producer and supervising story editor, and Thomas Hart is the story editor.

MICKEY MOUSE
Mickey mouse is everyone's best friend. He is super-friendly, optimistic, helpful, curious, adventurous, and loyal. Of course, his state-of-the-art gas station is just like him - FANTASTIC! And his car is too!
Mickey's car is a classic sports Toon Car. But when it comes time to go for a run, just press a button and the car transforms into the lightning-fast Topo Bolide.
Mickey is able to overcome any obstacle, both during races and in his garage. On the track too, Mickey Mouse is a relaxed and easygoing driver, but he is never overbearing. When the going gets tough, our hero gets tougher and more determined.
But for Mickey Mouse, winning is not essential: it is more important to have fun, overcome important goals and reach a personal goal ... but above all the funniest thing is to live an adventure with the people you care about most: your friends!

DONALD DUCK
Donald is determined to be the best at whatever he does, despite all the obstacles in his path… such as Pippo or Pietro, or all the single things that can go wrong in a single day, both inside the garage and outside.
On the track, Donald Duck's car turns into the cabin cruiser, a car that runs at full speed.
Sometimes it seems like the whole world is against him, and Donald reacts just as you'd expect - he explodes! His outbursts are legendary, but the Duck can't help it. That's how it is.

FOO
Pippo is often clumsy and other drivers may think he is a "fool", but he loves to drive around in his sports car. With his wrench and his jack, Pippo is always ready to help those who need it… whether they want it or not.
When it's time to hit the track, Pippo's car turns into the Turbo Tinozza capable of rivaling the best cars. The Turbo Tinozza is a really tough machine… and also clean, thanks to the comfortable rear shower. When Pippo sweats too much on the track, just pull the chain to take a nice bath!

MINNIE
Minni is friendly, affectionate, kind to everyone, super-helpful, always enthusiastic and extremely creative: she doesn't lack for anything! At Mickey's Service Station, she and Daisy Duck run the Auto Beauty Salon where they design, paint and decorate everyone's cars. Obviously pink is her favorite color, so….

Minnie's classic bow car transforms into a cool racing car called the Pink Thunder. On the track it whizzes like a flash! But don't be fooled by the color: Minnie is a true racing pro, able to zigzag around her rivals and outdo them all as soon as the opportunity arises.
When not on the track, Minni runs a side business called Aiutamiche. When someone (both in Hot Dog Hills and in the rest of the world) has a problem, Minnie and her partner Daisy go quickly to help. Depending on the day, the girls work as baby babysitters, animal catchers, international spies, tough detectives, and even astronauts. There is no work too big for Minnie.

DUCK
Minnie's best friend is more energetic and enthusiastic than ever! Always ready to go, Daisy loves helping her friends both on the track and in life. She is reckless ... and impulsive. Sometimes her enthusiasm and desire to please others go a little further, putting her and her friends in trouble. Fortunately, he is always able to get back on his feet.
He loves flowers and his unmistakable flower car transforms into the Turbo Fiore, an overwhelming, loud and lightning-fast dragster. The petals of his car are truly flaming! When Daisy is on the move, the air is filled with flowers and feathers!

PETER
Peerless villain, personification of greed, scourge of the racing world, master of conspiracies and unstoppable racer, Pietro is everywhere! He is always ready to cause trouble for Mickey and his gang in any part of the world.
Pietro in Hot Dog Hills is the sneaky owner of a junkyard in the role of demolishing as many racing cars as possible in order to sell the parts. Both on and off the track, disaster is assured when Pietro arrives! And don't be surprised if Pietro called his racing car… Bull!

THE BASSOTTI BAND
In Mickey and the Friends of the Rally, Billy Bass is the head of the BANDA BASSOTTI cameramen team, live from Hot Dog Hills and anywhere else in the world! Whenever there is a race in any place, BANDA BASSOTTI is there to give rally fans an in-depth look at all the thrilling moments that take place on the track (and sometimes even off).
Thanks to Billy's colorful and unstoppable commentary, fans around the world don't miss a single detail of Mickey and his team's racing. BOB is the sound engineer with his trusty microphone always in hand, while BUZZ is the cameraman with the camera always on.

Producers Rob LaDuca and Mark Seidenberg met in the period when they both worked on I Gummi, the first series of Disney Television Animation.

Goofy's machine has the number 8 in reference to the fact that the character is always at a disadvantage (in certain variants of billiards, the player who touches the 8-ball receives a penalty).

Paperina chose number 4 in honor of her four friends: Minni, Mickey, Donald and Goofy.

Donald's car sports the number 3 in reference to the Three Caballeros, of which Donald has the honor of being a part.
