SNOW WHITE AND THE 007 Dwarfs

Contrary to the classic fairy tale in this film, Snow White takes on the role of a spoiled little girl, orphan of Queen Grace once loved by the people and servants. Her father Cole certainly does not have a firm hand in educating the young woman, so Snow White only thinks of throwing parties with her friends Little Red Riding Hood, Goldilocks and Bo Peep. Everything begins to change when Lady Vanity arrives, determined to marry her father to ascend the throne. There is bad blood between Snow White and her stepmother and the two start a no-holds-barred war. With the help of the 007 dwarfs, Snow White will understand that to become good it is enough to appear generous in public with benevolent gestures and behavior.
The film Snow White and the 007 dwarfs retraces the trail of the previous parodies of desecrated fairy tales, such as Shrek, Little Red Riding Hood and the unusual suspects e Cinderella and the 007 dwarfs. Unfortunately, Snow White and the 007 dwarfs is not up to the previous ones and least of all of Shrek, who with his desecrating fairy tales, highlighted their contradictions in the eyes of our time. Snow White, on the other hand, strives to be modern, behaving like a young girl of our times (there is no shortage of cell phones and other gadgets), but does not go beyond the classic morality of the updated happy ending, which is equivalent to being beautiful, rich and famous. Even from a technical point of view, the animations and rendering of the computer graphics leave much to be desired in terms of quality. The dubbing of Snow White was entrusted to Antonella Clerici, a presenter beloved by children, but not very credible in assuming the role of a teenager.
