History

Gohan and Oolong search for the magical Dragon Balls and their radar shows them that the balls are being harvested from another unknown party. They investigate near a large wall of ice where Piccolo is training. Meanwhile, the mad scientist Dr. Kochin, having successfully collected all the Dragon Balls, summons the eternal dragon Shenron and wishes that Dr. Willow and her laboratory will be freed from the ice. The ice breaks as a building emerges and Gohan and Oolong are attacked by Dr. Kochin's "bio-men". Piccolo saves them but is overwhelmed by three mysterious warriors as Gohan and Oolong escape.

Dr. Kochin and his bio-men soon introduce themselves to Master Roshi who refuses to accompany them to Willow's lab and defeats the bio-men. Dr. Kochin kidnaps Bulma to force Master Roshi to go after them. At Dr. Willow's laboratory, Master Roshi is forced to fight three "bio-warriors", but is quickly defeated. Bulma learns that Dr. Willow's mission is to obtain the body of the strongest warrior on Earth to become the host for her brain, which is currently separated from her deceased body and kept alive by her advanced technology. Bulma informs him that Goku will undoubtedly come to save them and that he is much more powerful than Roshi. Meanwhile, Goku learns of the situation and arrives at Dr. Willow's lab and is confronted by Dr. Kochin's three bio-warrior henchmen Mikokatsun, Kishime and Ebifurya. Goku defeats Mikokatsun but is frozen by an ice-like attack launched by Ebifurya. Gohan and Krillin arrive to help but are no match for Kishime. Goku frees himself from the ice with his Kaio-ken technique, defeats the two remaining bio-warriors and faces Dr. Willow. Piccolo, brainwashed by Dr. Wheelo, attacks Goku. Gohan tries to stop Piccolo but fails, causing him to explode in anger, shattering Dr. Willow's brainwashing device. Dr. Willow is stunned by Gohan's power and instead wishes to steal his body free from the ice wall, subsequently causing Dr. Kochin to fall down a shaft which kills him.

Doctor Willow attacks, overwhelms the fighters and only Goku and Piccolo are left to oppose him. Goku throws Dr. Willow into the atmosphere and starts forming a spirit bomb attack. Willow interrupts him before he can finish gathering the energy to request Goku's allies to distract Willow. Goku successfully throws the bomb and Willow is killed.
