Fairfax - the animated series for adults on Amazon Prime Video

Amazon Prime Video has released the preview of the animated series for adults Fairfax, and pointed to the cast of original voice actors, including Skyler Gisondo, Kiersey Clemons, Peter S. Kim, and Jaboukie Young-White. Fairfax will debut with all eight episodes on October 29, exclusively on Prime Video in more than 240 countries and territories around the world.

Fairfax follows the story of four middle school best friends as they relentlessly search for influence on Fairfax Avenue in Los Angeles, the beating heart of hypebeast culture. This series is about the timeless struggle to be cooler than you, to fit in while standing out, and what it feels like to wait in line for a pair of sneakers you'll never intend to buy.

Skyler gisondo voices Dale, a serious, open-air kid from Oregon who's new to Los Angeles. He adores his father and his pouch and, with his cargo shorts and hiking boots, he is the accidental manifesto of normcore. Gisondo's credits include Booksmart e The Righteous Gemstones (Gems of the Righteous).

Kiersey clemons voices Derica, an aspiring model-activist who is determined to save the planet in style. Clemons is best known for appearing in Hearts Beat Loud (Hearts are beating loudly) e The flash.

Peter S. Kim voices Benny, a seasoned sneakerhead on a mission for generational power, right after playing the cello and walking the dog. Kim is best known as a writer of ! and was named "New Face" at the 2021 Just For Laughs Comedy Festival.

Jaboukie Young-White gives voice to Truman, a self-proclaimed "author" director and a budding Casanova. Young-White is best known for appearing in The Daily Show  e Dating & New York.

The guest cast also includes Pamela adlon like Phyllis, Jeff Bottoms in the role of La Spina, Yvette Nicole Brown like Trini, Rob delaney like Grant, Zoey German in the role of Giglio, Colton Dunn in the role of Principal Weston, John Leguizamo like Glenn the pigeon, Camila Mendes as a melody, --Larry Owens like Jules, beautiful park like Joy, Billy Porter in the role of Hiroki Hassan, Ben Schwartz like Cody, Tim Simons like Brian and J.B. Smoove like Quattro the pigeon.

Fairfax was created and produced by longtime friends Matthew Hausfater, Aaron Buchsbaum and Teddy Riley. Other executive producers include Jon Zimelis and Jason U. Nadler for Serious Business (@midnight), Peter A. Knight (BoJack Horseman) and Chris Prynoski, Ben Kalina and Antonio Cannobio for Cincia (Big Mouth). Artist Somehoodlum, who designed the characters for the series, serves as a consulting producer alongside clothing and pop culture / internet brand Pizzaslime.
