Walt Disney Animation Studios, creators of Rapunzel: The Twist of the Tower and Wreck-It Ralph, present Frozen, a thrilling adventure comedy for the big screen. When a prophecy traps the entire kingdom of Arendelle in an endless winter, the valiant and optimistic Anna, along with the brave mountain man Kristoff and his reindeer Sven, embarks on an epic journey in search of his sister Elsa to succeed in ending the glacial spell. Anna and Kristoff will meet fantastic creatures such as trolls, a funny snowman named Olaf, mountains as high as Everest and magic around every corner, and they will fight against all the elements of nature to save the kingdom from destruction.
The film is directed by Chris Buck (Tarzan, Surf's Up) and Jennifer Lee (Wreck-It Ralph writer), who also wrote the script, and is produced by Peter Del Vecho (Winnie the Pooh, The Princess and the Frog). Featuring music by Tony Award®-winning Robert Lopez (the musicals "The Book of Mormon", "Avenue Q") and Kristen Anderson-Lopez (In Transit, Winnie the Pooh), and Christophe's original score Beck (The Muppets, the short film awarded with the Oscar® Paperman), Frozen - The kingdom of ice will arrive in Italian cinemas on December 19, 2013, in Disney Digital 3D ™.
