The official site of the new anime of Fruits Basket revealed a video that summarizes the previous season and also offers a preview of the anime's season finale, Entitled Fruits Basket the Final. Funimation is streaming an English subtitled version of the seven-minute video. The new movie for Fruits Basket the Final starts at 5:52 in the video.


The anime will do its broadcast in April. Funimation will broadcast the show with an English dub. The slogan in the image below reads: “Don't leave me”.

The anime's "first season" premiered in Japan in April 2019 and aired for 25 episodes. Funimation e Crunchyroll they streamed the first anime season like the one that aired.

Yoshihide Ibata (Pikaia!, Progressive FLCL) returned to direct the new season a TMS Entertainment. Taku kishimoto (Silver spoon, Haikyu!!, 91 days, Hanebad!) was again in charge of the series scripts. Masaru Shindō (Delta Macross, My teen romantic comedy SNAFU) is back to draw the characters. Takaya herself served as an executive supervisor.
