Hahn's words carry weight, because he knows a thing or two about success. It produced Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, The Emperor's New Groove, Atlantis: The Lost Empire and many other great Disney productions. However, it also started bottom-up: as he explains, he joined Disney doing a summer job in the 70s, in his twenties. "I asked questions and I felt stupid," he reflects. "But in the end I learned."
