Podcast: The spin-off of the new cartoon "Meteoheroes" arrives
IT IS THE FIRST AUDIO CONTENT INSPIRED BY AN ANIMATION TV SERIES

The "MeteoHeroes", the new Italian animation series on environment and ecology, will have its spin-off in podcast. The initiative is from Meteo Expert-IconMeteo and Mondo TV, the two companies that co-produced the cartoon aired on July 6 on Cartoonito (DTT channel 46). The first 5 episodes of the "MeteoHeroes Podcast" will be available from next month in October on all the main podcasting platforms, in conjunction with the transmission of the new TV episodes and with the arrival on the market of the first merchandising products. Just on the product packaging, there will also be a special QR Code: just frame it with your smartphone to listen to the podcast.
In the "MeteoHeroes Podcast", the six little superheroes of the series will play a new game in the imagination of children, going beyond the traditional TV screen to land on the new podcasting channel. Through the voices of the voice actors and through an original and amusing narrative style, the six protagonists will tell the young listeners about the good conduct for the protection of the planet and explain to them how they can contribute to the fight against pollution and the negative effects of global warming. For the production of the podcast, Meteo Expert-Icon Meteo and Mondo TV made use of a team of professionals, made up of the producer Nicoletta Cadorini, supported by the screenwriters Matteo Venerus and Roberta Franceschetti and Elisa Salamini (Mamamo.it), who contributed also to the production of the television series. The dubbing is managed by the D-Hub studio, which has also collaborated on the TV series, while the distribution will be managed by the specialized agency VOIS (formerly Fortune Podcast) which, with the slogan "From ear to heart", boasts collaborations with numerous brands prestigious.
"The MeteoHeroes project was born to reach the largest number of Italian children and from all over the world, so that they can have fun while learning about the environment, respect for nature, the dangers of pollution and the importance of recycling", said Luigi Latini, managing director of Meteo Expert-IconMeteo. “We immediately embraced the idea of making audio episodes for podcasting platforms because it seems to us a modern and original way to allow children to have MeteoHeroes with them at any time of the day. These modern fairy tales lend themselves to the imagination of the little ones and give space to their imagination. Keeping them entertained, while learning scientific notions about meteorology and climate, is our goal and this new initiative is perfect for achieving our goal ".

The animated series "MeteoHeroes" tells the adventures of six little superheroes, equipped with special powers that allow you to unleash the elements. Their secret CEM base, headed by the scientist Margherita Rita (name that pays tribute to Margherita Hack and Rita Levi Montalcini), is on the Gran Sasso in Abruzzo, where the artificial intelligence Tempus trains them to control their powers. They must fight the most terrible of enemies: these are the Maculans, led by Dr. Makina, who represent the pollution caused by the bad habits and harmful behaviors of human beings. Thanks to Jet Stream, young superheroes are teleported around the world to courageously carry out a very important mission: save the Earth from climate change, promoting respect for nature and the environment.
