Five fascinating stories from iconic DC canon, including the first interactive cinematic presentation in Warner Bros. Home Entertainment (WBHE) history, come to life with cartoons DC Showcase - Batman: Death in the Family. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the 2019-2020 animated shorts anthology arrives from WBHE on Blu-ray ($ 24,98 SRP) and Digital ($ 19,99) starting October 13.

The collection of animated shorts is anchored Batman: Death in the Family, WBHE's first adventure in interactive storytelling that allows fans to choose where to pass the story through innovative navigation guided by the viewer's remote control. The digital distribution presents the Batman: Death in the Family extended short film in a non-interactive format (pre-assembled version of the story, entitled Under the Red Hood: Reloaded), along with the other four DC Showcase shorts and three other non-interactive versions of the Batman: Death in the Family (Jason Todd's Rebellion, Robin's Revenge e Red Hood's Reckoning) as a bonus feature. (Note: Not all digital retailers offer bonus features with purchase.) Produced, directed and written by Brandon Vietti, Batman: Death in the Family offers an interactive version of the much-requested story. In the new animated presentation, the infamous murder of Batman's protégé Jason Todd will be canceled, and the fates of Batman, Robin and The Joker will unfold in shocking ways as viewers make more choices to check out the story. And while Batman: Under the Red Hood provides a foundation, the story also branches out in new directions and features several characters never seen before in the original film.

Bruce Greenwood (The Resident, Star Trek, iRobot), Vincent Martella (Phineas and Ferb) to John DiMaggio (Futurama, Adventure Time) resume their Batman: Under the Red Hood roles of Batman, the young Jason Todd and The Joker, respectively.
