100 short films selected for BIAF2020


The official selection for the next Bucheon International Animation Festival, with a total of 100 short films (44 international short films, 29 graduate films, 12 TV and commissioned films and 15 Korean films) chosen from 2.501 proposals representing 99 countries. BIAF2020 will be held from 23 to 27 October.

Notable titles this year include Cannes Official Selection Blue Fear and select Cinéfondation of Cannes Tamou, Pile e When do we leaveas well as the choice of the critical week Maalbeek and the competitor of the Venice Film Festival Camp dreams. BIAF2020 will also screen the directorial debut of Toy Story 4 screenwriter Will McCormak, If something happens, I love you.

BIAF2020 will offer over KRW 52 million (approximately $ 44.000 USD) allocated in six categories. Film selections will be announced during the September 9 press conference.
