Cowboy Bebop: A new trailer for the collaboration with Overwatch 2

Cowboy Bebop has received a new trailer thanks to its new collaboration with Overwatch 2. The PlayOverwatch YouTube channel has released a special video produced by Blizzard Entertainment titled “One Last Mission, Huh?” which pays homage to the original opening video of Cowboy Bebop directed by Shinichiro Watanabe.

The 1:34 video features gorgeous artwork from the likes of Spike Spiegel and Faye Valentine. The new collaboration between Overwatch 2 and Cowboy Bebop will go live on March 12, 2024 and will allow players to unlock new skins and emotes inspired by the series, as well as listen to songs from the series.

The City Hunter series will be adapted into a live-action remake on Netflix and will be available soon.

The collaboration between Overwatch 2 and Cowboy Bebop has been received with enthusiasm by fans and players, who will be able to unlock legendary skins such as “Spike Spiegel” for Cassidy and “Faye Valentine” for Ashe. Cowboy Bebop joins Spy x Family in the world of video games, confirming the popularity of the series. The Crunchyroll Store will release a resin statue of Spike and Julia to celebrate the success of the franchise.
