Operation Zeta: Adventure and annihilation abound
We are happy to announce Operation Zeta, our third game in the Inevitability universe. Set in the same galaxy as its predecessors, this game was a totally new style for us; a jaunty rogue-lite space action game. In this installment, you will be navigating the war zone of Operation Zeta (a failed battle against the galaxy's hollow enemy: the annihilators) with ten minutes to rebuild the chaos of a shipwrecked ship in space and escape your impending demise ...
The pressure is high! Beat the clock by mastering a series of excruciating boss battles and timed puzzles. Along the way, you'll encounter a myriad of bizarre NPCs whose missions will help you rebuild your ship. Upgrade and unlock 13 playable characters, each with their own stories and perks. As you progress, you will discover the tradition of the great battle. What triggered the war? What are the factions that divide the galaxy? And who are these pesky purrate (kitty space pirates) who keep stealing parts of your ship?
It was important to me that the world was completely different and engaging with each run of the game. Each time the cycle resets, the randomly generated landscape changes completely. Villains, objects, parts, planets and missions reconfigure to change the way you experience the galaxy.
One of the most engaging elements of the game is the realistic gravity mechanics that you will experience throughout the game. As a longtime science fiction enthusiast and gamer, I have played many space-themed games. In Operation Zeta, my intention was to make the space more than a background. By employing accurate large-scale gravitational equations, I was able to achieve a realistic spatial feel, with a very unrealistic cast of super cute characters (like my cat Louie).

Operation Zeta is a space action game. The great battle codenamed “Operation Zeta” has been lost. Your ship is in ruins and you must act quickly to collect all the parts and repair your ship before the war zone is completely destroyed by the enemy's death laser. Play and unlock 13 playable characters from space monkeys to mischievous snails, each with their own unique set of skills and challenges. Plus, unlock new skills and upgrades with the credits you earn during each run. Each time you play, the universe is randomly generated with random missions from strange local aliens who have stolen parts of your ship. All in a physics-based battlefield, but be careful as you only have ten minutes before the death laser activates!
