Studio 100 debuting in the 1st Ep. of Eco-tainment Toon "SeaBelievers" at MIP

Studio 100 and SeaBelievers have announced that they will collaborate closely as a distribution partner for the exploitation of the animated series CGI Sea Believers (52 x 11 '). Studio 100 has acquired worldwide distribution rights (excluding Russia and CIS) for all audiovisual and L&M exploits. Studio 100 will present the show for the first time at the physical-virtual hybrid MIPCOM Rendezvous Cannes 2020.

Sea Believers aims to represent a completely new genre of “eco-tainment”. Created by Brien Arone, Founder and SeaEO of SeaBelievers, the concept combines the benefits of edutainment for children, being informative and realistic about real-life problems affecting our ocean and encouraging children to make a difference, because they can! All in a fun and entertaining way through an extraordinary and engaging musical eco-adventure, with original songs to sing and dance together.

Each episode takes the children on a new eco-adventure. Both at sea and on land, the positive Sea Believers characters with their distinct seaweed hair, shell-like noses, sea-colored eyes, and webbed hands and feet, solve problems and act around key environmental issues. Each SeaBeliever carries a Magic Sand Dollar that ignites their unique super powers, fueled by their self-confidence!

The series is aimed at children between the ages of 4 and 7 and the first season of the 52 x 11 ′ package will be ready for delivery in 2021. The first episode will be presented in time for this year's MIPCOM Rendezvous Cannes.

The impressive creative team behind Sea Believers it boasts a total of 28 cumulative Emmy Awards, with former Disney executive Paul Robinson as executive producer, Mike de Seve as showrunner and Rich Dickerson as composer, to name a few. The show is produced by Baboon Animation (USA), Telegael (Ireland) and AnCartoon (China).
