Daniel Dae Kim will voice Mr. Hong in the series "The Casagrandes"
The actor Daniel Dae Kim will lend his voice as Mr. Hong in a brand new episode of The Casagrandes, premiered Friday, September 25 at 19:30 pm (ET / PT) on Nickelodeon.
In “Bo Bo Business”, Bobby (Carlos PenaVega) disagrees with Abuelo (Ruben Garfias) and decides to use his new business ideas at the Mercado competition, Hong's Korean Market. Kim voices Mr. Hong, a neighbor of the Casagrandes and owner of Hong's Korean market, who enthusiastically embraces Bobby's ideas.
Winner of an Emmy Award The Casagrandes tells the story of Ronnie Anne (voiced by Izabella Alvarez), who moves to town with her mother and older brother to live with their big and loving family, the Casagrandes. A spinoff of The Loud House, the series showcases the culture, humor and love that are part of growing up in a Mexican-American multigenerational family.
The series is produced by Michael Rubiner. Miguel Puga is co-executive producer, with award-winning cartoonist Lalo Alcaraz as consultant producer and cultural consultant.
