French distributor and producer Prime Entertainment Group announces that best-selling and award-winning film The Belleville triplets by celebrated animation director Sylvain Chomet has been remastered in 4K. The project was initiated as a response to the growing demand for animated programs, and in particular for this exemplary feature film from 2003, which blends traditional hand-drawn techniques and CG.

Since joining the Prime catalog in 2019, thanks to its unique style and exceptional artistic atmosphere, this internationally acclaimed film continues to generate strong interest around the world. In recent months, a series of important agreements have been concluded with partners in France, the United Kingdom and Germany, as well as in Japan and Taiwan, for both television and theater rights.

Nominated twice for an Academy Award (Best Animated Film and Best Original Song for "Belleville Rendezvous"), the film was produced by Prime's sister company, Les Armateurs.
