Animaniacs season 3

Since Hulu revived Animaniacs, they've dropped entire seasons of the show during the fall months, so anyone with even a slight interest in the revival was expecting a trailer for season three around September or so. It didn't happen.

Now here we are with the weeks remaining in 2022 and it sure looks like he will never show up… but wait! Do we hear the sleigh bells? What about the sound of Wakko's belching? Could it be that the first trailer for Season XNUMX is officially here? ….Yes and no.

Yes, as the official Animaniacs account tweeted a trailer early this morning, but no as they quickly pulled it. But not before everyone else could copy it, so it's not hard to find.

It's a bittersweet show though… with this Season 3 preview comes absolute confirmation that there will be no more seasons after this one. Since there have been no reports of anyone working behind the scenes on Season XNUMX, this came as no surprise to seasoned fans, but still.

To all those blaming David Zaslav for this… he only took the chair last summer and Animaniacs season 3 has been in production for nearly two years. (The renewal came shortly after Season 1 debuted.) That means Season 4 is expected to be ordered in 2021, and we've never heard of Hulu. It was their call.

Still, it would be a treat — and AS WELL as the show — if the Warners work a Zaslav slam somewhere during this final season, assuming they have time. (You'd think six months would be enough, but production times appear to be much slower with the reboot than with the original, and that's saying something.) Season 17 of Hulu's Animaniacs will debut Feb. XNUMX.

Finally, here is a clip of the Spanish actor from Wakko performing his lines.
